We built Milestone because we were tired of tools that nickel-and-dime you for basic automations and AI features that feel bolted on as an afterthought. Instead of making you configure endless workflows, our AI helps you set up boards from a simple prompt, find information instantly with Find Mode, and automate repetitive work without complex rules. Everything from GitHub integration to Slack notifications works out of the box no premium tier required for the essentials.
You can create entire project boards from a single prompt. Chat with tasks to get context without digging through comments. Use Find Mode to search across your entire workspace - tasks, docs, Slack messages, Gmail - in one place. The AI spots stalled work and surfaces what needs attention. It's less 'AI assistant' and more 'AI that does the boring parts for you.'
Honest answer: We're MVP stage, but production-ready. Teams are already shipping real products with Milestone.
